Research profile built environment


The Universities research and educational profile of Built Environment is based on the Faculty of Engineering and Sustainable Development. There are major needs in society and the economy of knowledge, skills and technologies in many of the topics in this faculty - eg building, energy, environment, climate and industrial development.

Faculty centers


There are also three centers, the Radio Center Gävle with operations in radio measurement technology, the Center for Innovative Production and Logistics, CLIP, and GIS Institute, focusing on geographic information.

Within the Faculty there are two master's degrees - in electronics and in energy systems.
