The student e-mail is closed for good

The student e-mail is closed for good on June 30th 2019, so we want you to register your own e-mail address in Ladok so that you can still receive information from the University, for example e-mails from Blackboard. If you need to log in to your student email there is a link here at the bottom of the page.

How to change your email address in Ladok

If you have an email address that ends with @student.hig.se you need to change it as soon as possible. Follow the steps below to update your contact information in Ladok. The new e-mail address is synced to other web services, such as Blackboard, except for the library.

  1. Go to student.ladok.se nd log in with your user account.
  2. Click on "My pages" at the top right.
  3. Click "Change contact channels".
  4. Fill in your e-mail address and click "Save".
  5. Done!

Why is it important to change the e-mail address?

It is important that you have updated contact information in Ladok in order for you to get the information the university sends to you via e-mail. For example, all information sent via Blackboard goes to the e-mail address you have in Ladok.

Since January 1, 2019, the university has issued digital degree certificates. The degree certificate is sent to you via e-mail. Therefore, it is especially important that you have the right e-mail address in Ladok and that you change this as soon as possible.
