A nationwide epidemiological survey
The main purpose of the thesis work is to study drug-related problems from an epidemiological perspective with emphasis on inadequate adherence to drug therapies and the significance of anxiety, unrest and depression.
In the thesis work, two national population studies covering the health, drug use and quality of life of the population are used. Both studies are based on a random selection of the Swedish population between 18 and 84 years of age.
