There are several places to eat lunch or have a "fika" (coffee break), both on and around campus. There are also several places on campus allocated for heating and eating food brought from home.

Nordrest - Högskolerestauranger (HÖRS) is the University's restaurateur. They provide several places to eat on campus: Restaurang Markan in building 91 (Midgård), café Prego in the Student Centre, building 22, the kiosk "Bakfickan" in Fårhallen (also building 22) and, indirectly through Selecta, the vending machines in the corridors. You can pay with card or app in the vending machines.
Vending machines (coffee and candy) are found in the open area called Fårhallen in building 22. They are refilled twice a week.
There are special rooms for students and visitors to heat and eat food brought from home (in Swedish "matsäcksmatsalar"). There are refrigerators and microwaves, but you need to bring your own cutlery and other accessories. The rooms are listed below.
There are several places to eat close to the campus area.
Along Kungsbäcksvägen you will find Café Bogården, Bistro Silvanum, Pizzaspaden (outside the concert hall) and Kungsbäcksköket (opposite building 41 Valhall).
Along Runebergsvägen you will find Runebergs kvarterskrog.
Restaurang Teknikparken serve a lunch buffet and can be found on Nobelvägen. Restaurang Kompassen on Lantmäterigatan is another lunch alternative on weekdays.
